Everything you add is kept in one request for the year.

Status
Only confirmed requests are exported. Export once every department has confirmed.
Ordered by more than one department
The same item on more than one department's request — the same NUPCO code, or the same name and size written a little differently. A 10 mL syringe and a 20 mL one are kept apart.
AI-suggested matches across departments
The report above only catches names that already read alike. This asks the model to look past the wording — even a different language — for items that may be the same. These are suggestions to check, never a certain match.
Add a login
A department login sees only its own request.
Logins
Renaming a department renames it on its existing requests too.
What each role may do
Applies to everyone with that role, the moment you save.
Deleted requests
Anything deleted comes here first, whole requests and single items alike. Put one back, or empty it out for good.
Backup
The whole database in one file: every login, every request and every item, pictures included. Keep it somewhere safe — it holds the department passwords in clear.
Put a backup back
Choose a backup file this app wrote. Everything in the database now is replaced by what the file holds — take a fresh backup first if you are not sure.
